The Account Manager: Migration Consultant is a critical role within
the sales organization facilitating growth for our current
customers. The Migration Consultant is responsible for consulting,
scoping, and facilitating the migration to new products for our
current customer base while creating an environment that reduces
churn and maximizes the customer’s lifetime value. Expectations
Generate and respond to opportunities for product migrations within
the current customer base Generate the highest probability of sale
through effective demonstration of proven sales behaviors
including, but not limited to… Completing effective discovery calls
focused on learning the prospect’s challenges, causes of those
challenges, and consequences of inaction Providing solution
recommendations and tailored product demonstrations based on the
above learnings Understanding the prospect’s goals, plans,
timeline, budget, and decision making process Communicating
accurate business value alignment between the prospect and the
recommended POR solution Understand software licensing and pricing
models and be able to navigate complex contract amendments Meet or
exceed monthly sales quotas Requirements 2 years proven sales
experience and/or experience in the rental industry Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills Exceptional time management
and organizational skills Focused attention to detail Ability to
respond and react to customers in a timely manner Self-motivated
with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with a
sense of urgency and persistence Hunger for continuous
learning/improvement and a willingness to implement best practices
Ability to follow a prescribed sales process and effectively
utilize provided tools and resources Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt.
Base Salary Commission Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision), 100%
401(k) Matching (Up to 4%) 120 Hours PTO. Open to On-Site, Hybrid
or 100% Remote Work Environments. The base salary range for this
position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The base salary actually
offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary
depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related
knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and
