About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer R&D Intern to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for students interested in scientific research, product development, and gaining real-world laboratory experience. The intern will work closely with our R&D and Quality teams to support ongoing projects while also contributing to new ideas and innovations. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily laboratory activities, including sample preparation, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Support research and development efforts by collecting data, performing testing, and documenting results. Collaborate with team members on individual projects that will be assigned based on organizational needs. Follow all laboratory safety protocols and quality procedures. Help analyze, summarize, and present findings to the R&D team and Executive Committee. Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as food science, chemistry, or biology. Proficient in Microsoft applications Preferable to have experience with academic research and laboratory work. What You’ll Gain Hands-on laboratory experience in a professional setting.
