Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pediatric Social Worker Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid – Onsite visit once in a week) Location: Bronx, NY Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide care and support to children and families. This is a Hybrid position. Onsite visit once in a week. Job Description: Provide counseling and support services to children ages 6 and above and their families Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and case records Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, preferably with children Active New York State social worker license Must have experience with Medicaid and Medicare Ability to work with children ages 6 and above Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
