Accounts Receivables Specialist About the organization: The organization has been around for almost 100 years and have never laid off an employee in their company history The majority of properties are in NYC, with other locations in Florida, California, and the Midwest The firm is located in Midtown, Manhattan Longevity in an environment that is conducive to learning new skills Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Specialist will include: Post cash for residential and commercial tenants in accounting program. Upload deposits from ClickPay for residential tenants to accounting system. Create new residential tenant accounts in the accounting system. Process tenant security deposits, cash and letters of credit, for residential and commercial tenants in the accounting system. Deposit checks remotely to the multiple security bank accounts. Additional ad hoc responsibilities in the Accounts Receivables Department Qualifications: 3 years of real estate experience focusing on Accounts Receivables Bachelors or Associates Degree; open to major as long as the experience matches the responsibilities Strong communication skills and experience working with various accounting and banking systems
