Paint Superintendent – Commercial/Industrial - York, PA -

York, PA area that is actively searching for a full-time Paint
Superintendent to join their growing team. About the Role In this
role, you will oversee and manage all paint, coatings, and epoxy
floor operations across a range of commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives on
leading crews, ensuring top-quality finishes, and maintaining
project timelines. What They’re Looking For: 5 years of experience
in commercial painting, industrial coatings, or epoxy flooring
Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage
multiple crews and projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a
commitment to safety and quality Previous superintendent or crew
