Division Head of Accounting and Taxation About the Company and Role - Division Head of Accounting and Taxation CFS NY is working with a global manufacturing organization searching for a Division Head of Accounting and Taxation to join their team They have long lasting tenure, great benefits including a 401K and a pension plan along with many financial incentives This role will be reporting directly into the VP and President of the organization and will be playing a huge role in overseeing both the accounting department and the taxation department Role Responsibilities - Division Head of Accounting and Taxation Manage and oversee corporate accounting, corporate income/franchise tax and financial functions Monitor GAAP and IFRS compliance practices, federal and state tax regulations Minimize corporate tax liabilities and Provide financial information, tax research and planning to the top management for making business decision Oversee monthly financial statements analysis and reporting to the top management Monitor performance of accounting and taxation departments and provide necessary training, improvement or job arrangement among them Follow up monthly and year-end closing schedule, and assure close on time and accurate Follow up federal and state quarterly and annual tax returns are accurately and timely filed Preferred Qualifications - Division Head of Accounting and Taxation Experience working with both GAAP and IFRS 10 experience in Accounting and/or Taxation Prior supervisory/managerial experience BA or Master degree in Accounting or Taxation CPA is a plus Mandarin speaking is a plus INJUL2024 ZRCFS
